The excitement of our daughter's special day sparked my love for everything that has to do with weddings. We were blessed to have an excellent wedding planner and realized what a gift it was to have someone handle the details both in leading up to and on the day of the event. I studied art and design at East Tennessee State University, and have always enjoyed planning and organizing details. As our friends' children were getting married, they began asking me for help. I loved being a part of these weddings, and this seemed like the perfect culmination from my past career as a graphic artist, my skills in decorating and organizing, and my love for people.

I live in Knoxville, TN, with my husband Mark and have two grown children, both happily married, and two grandchildren. When not working on a wedding or event, I enjoy finding creative outlets, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.

When I met Carolyn a few years ago, I could immediately sense her caring nature. As she was setting up a friend’s rehearsal dinner, I noticed her hard work ethic, care, and attention to details. Her background in fashion merchandising is from the University of Tennessee and she received a certification in redesign in New York City, which uniquely qualifies her for our team.

She is married to Jim and has two children. She is involved in her church and is a leader in Bible Study Fellowship. She loves creative projects, family time, and performing decorating miracles.
